Andrew's journey is marked by a blend of extensive experience and a deep understanding of the people he works with. With a career spanning prominent roles at Big Four firms and major banks both in Australia and internationally, Andrew has built a reputation for his expertise in financial services, banking, capital markets, healthcare, resources and investment schemes. Commencing his studies at UTS Andrew received his Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. During this time Andrew’s career with big 4 firms Deloitte and PwC Australia. Through this experience Andrew was recommended for international projects in UAE and Europe with major high growth companies. During this time he specialised in complex financial environments and gained invaluable insights into a broad range of industries. Returning to Australia, Andrew has been able to leverage his internationally acquired skills to organisations in his home country. Committing to continuous learning Andrew commenced studies to achieve his Juris Doctor from Bond University. What truly sets Andrew apart is his ability to connect with a wide range of executive stakeholders helping them maximise the value of their essential tools to deliver superior results, particularly for investors. This relatability combined with the results he was able to deliver as a consultant, set him apart from others in the technology solutions sector. His unique approach to problem solving has been transitioned to all team members at Halo Labs and remains integral to our point of difference. Sara brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head of Digital Experience at Halo Labs, where her expertise in design thinking and agile methodologies drives transformative results for clients. Her strategic approach ensures that every digital solution is not only innovative but also tailored to meet the specific needs of each business, delivering measurable outcomes. Sara’s background includes leading the delivery of digital products across Australia, working with some of the country's most prominent brands in retail, healthcare, and FMCG. Her deep understanding of user experience design, coupled with certifications in Scrum and Adobe Experience Manager, allows her to guide clients through complex digital transformations with confidence and ease. She has worked with leading platforms like Contentful and Contentstack, ensuring businesses can harness the full potential of emerging technologies such as headless CMS. In addition to her technical expertise, Sara's time at IBM equipped her with a global perspective, having worked with major clients like HMRC in the UK. This experience enables her to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions that optimize digital tools, streamline operations, and enhance customer engagement. Sara’s diverse experience, both in Australia and the UK, ensures Halo Labs' clients benefit from solutions that are both innovative and practical.
